This morning we received a couple of Element Portable Gas Grills from Fuego. Aside from being a new, convenient solution to one of our frequently recurring issues–how to best grill a steak–this thing is beautiful.
We like the convenience of the folding legs/handles, as well as the matte finish of the black powder coated steel, and the poppy look of the red travel band. But don’t take our word for it, the Element Portable also won a Red Dot award.
So here are five places where we can’t wait to try it out:
- The beach. No more looking around for vacant fire pits. Set up where you please.
- The park. See above.
- The roof. Sure you’ve got a great view up there. Now you’ve got a grill too.
- Camping trips. If you were planning on spit-roasting a pig over your campfire, then more power to you. Otherwise…
- The tailgate. Not near the tailgate, but actually right on the tailgate.

Thanks for telling your readers about our Portable Grill! We just thought of a few more places… Outdoor concerts (’tis the season for music festivals!), The boat (or dock…), Fishing trips and how about the slopes (come Dec.)?!
